Creating your own POINT 3 account gives you access to your Purchase History and Order Details, and allows for faster Checkout as the POINT 3 Online Store remembers your billing and shipping information once you are logged in.

3. If you forgot your username and password, no worries! Just enter your email address where noted and we’ll resend it to you.

4. Follow prompts as noted but from here you can see Order Details, update or select a new password, update your Billing and/or Shipping addresses, as well as Add a New Contact for an additional Billing and/or Shipping contact.

POINT 3 accepts most verified methods of payment:

At this time in the POINT 3 Online Store, we do not accept cash, checks or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or C.O.D. service.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal and financial information.

Ordering online from POINT 3 is safe - www.point3basketball.com is hosted on a secure server. All information supplied by our customers is transmitted via 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database. This information is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are legally required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit card numbers, order details, contact information, etc.) is not stored on our servers.

All orders shipped to the state of Georgia are subject to sales tax and where applicable will be automatically added to your final order total.

SHIPPING

POINT 3 offers FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $75 via US Postal Service First Class. All orders less than $49.99 we charge a nominal $4.99 shipping fee, and all orders from $50.00 to $74.99 are $8.99 for USPS First Class.

Need your order sooner? No prob - for an additional fee we offer the following expedited shipping methods via US Postal Service ('USPS') that can be specified when placing your order:

* - The cost for USPS Shipping is calculated upon Checkout based on the weight of the package being shipped and the zip code of the Ship To address. Shipping charges can be estimated before checking out.

POINT 3 ships all international orders via UPS giving you, the customer, the ability to select which international service you would like to use and pay for. As with our domestic shipping, the cost for UPS international shipping is calculated upon Checkout based on the weight of the package being shipped, the country and zip code of the Ship To address and the UPS international service you select. Shipping charges can be estimated at the Shopping Cart screen before checking out.

Once your international order is processed by POINT 3, you will receive a tracking number included with your order confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not provide tracking for all countries. If your order must tracked or needs to be delivered by a certain date, we recommend using an expedited shipping service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POINT 3 Basketball offers FREE RETURNS on domestic (U.S.) orders only, so there is no risk to you when purchasing items at POINT3Basketball.com! We accept qualified returns for refunds and exchanges.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. If these conditions are met, each item purchased is eligible for one (1) free return.To complete your return, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to returns@point3gear.com with the following information:

2. One of POINT 3's Customer Service representatives will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days by sending a Return Authorization Email. This email will include instructions on how to process your return, along with a pre-paid US Postal Service shipping label with the address where your return needs to be sent.

3. Print and include all attachments from the Return Authorization Email from POINT 3 in the package with the item you plan to return and affix the pre-paid US Postal Service shipping label to your return packaging.

4. Drop your return package off at any US Postal Service location!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will send you the item requested in your exchange at no cost to you! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven't received a refund after at least one billing cycle from your credit card/bank account, first check with your credit card company or bank - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@point3basketball.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
