Great players spend 5-10 minutes EVERY day doing these ball handling exercises:
  • Stationary Ball Handling
    • 20 Pounds with Right Hand
    • 20 Pounds with Left Hand
    • 20 Wide Crosses
    • 20 Betweens
    • 20 Behinds
    • 10 Between Behind
    • 10 Between Cross
    • 10 Between Behind Cross
  • Walking (Half Court and Back)
    • Walk the Dog (Consecutive betweens)
    • Duck Walk (Consecutive behinds)
    • Low Cross (Consecutive Crossovers)
    • Tim Hardaway (Consecutive Between Cross)
    • Kill The Grass (As Many Dribbles as you can creative as you walk)
