We just wrapped up #BlackFriday, then #SmallBizSaturday and #CyberMonday. We’ve dubbed tomorrow #WornOutWednesday. But today, we can all embrace a hashtag really worth noting:

As part of our We Care About Basketballinitiative, it’s the perfect day to let our POINT 3 Family know about our plans to give back to the game.

For the last two years, all customers in the POINT 3 Online Store enjoyed Free Shipping with every order. As a new company, we did not want any deterrent from prospective ballplayers trying our gear. Well, by now it seems like most of you have given it a try and based on your reviews, you like it!

So, starting today we will continue to offer Free Shipping for any orders over $50. For orders below that threshold, we will add a shipping and handling charge of $4.99 to every order. Not to worry – returns and exchanges are still free. But here’s the good part…

A portion of every Shipping & Handling Fee will be donated to one of our partner causes. And we’ve started with a real winner we know basketball players, coaches, parents and fans can all get behind:

Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) develops BETTER ATHLETES, BETTER PEOPLE through resources for youth and high school sports coaches, parents, administrators and student-athletes. In addition to 1,000+ free audio-video and printable tips and tools at www.PCADevZone.org, PCA has partnered with roughly 3,500 schools and youth sports organizations nationwide to deliver live group workshops, online courses and books by PCA Founder Jim Thompson that help those involved in youth and high school sports create a positive, character-building youth sports culture.
